Amanda hails from Syracuse, New York until she was 12, then moved to Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended ministry school for Pastoring and Church Planting for 2 years with Catch the Fire Ministries, based out of Toronto, Canada. She volunteered, interned, and eventually became the children’s director and then the children’s pastor. In the midst of that, she went to school for Early Childhood Education, which specializes in birth through age 8.

After being a part of the Catch the Fire church plant for 7 years, Amanda moved to Redding, California to attend Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry and it changed her life! She was a small group leader, completed Sozo training, and, was a camp counselor for Bethel Kids, as well as attended their Children’s Pastors' school.

After completing BSSM, she was invited to a ministry trip to Seattle WA with Christ for the Nations Ministries, Sozo Ministries, and a few others. It was there, that God called her to Portland, Oregon. Amanda first served as a preschool teacher in Downtown Portland until God opened the door for me to become a part of the Bethesda family.  Amanda’s obedience to the Lord and her “yes” to Him is everything. One thing Amanda knows for sure is: He is who He says He is...a faithful, loving Father, who is trustworthy!!
